Honestl this syphon is more of a functional art piece than just a coffee maker the rose gold finish look stunning on my counter. Its definitely a bit of a ritual to set up but watching the physics of the balance mechanism in action is a total hit whenever I have guests over. The coffee comes out incredibly clean and bright, though you do have to be patient with the cleanup afterward since there are several delicate parts. If youre looking for a quick morning caffeine fix this isn’t it, but for a slow elegant weekend brew, its absolutely worth the splurge.
