4. Rewards & Platinum Medal Recognition

Platinum Medal Program

Users who achieve total earnings of $3,000 within any 30-day period will automatically be awarded a complimentary Platinum Medal.

The Platinum Medal:

• Recognizes outstanding performance and dedication.

• Provides special recognition within the StarMyRaters community.

StarMyRaters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platinum Medal program at any time without notice.

5. User Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or any content to StarMyRaters, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of StarMyRaters.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Collect or harvest data from the Platform without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on StarMyRaters (including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs) are the property of StarMyRaters or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• StarMyRaters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have earned through StarMyRaters in the last 3 months.
