The solid aluminum body and stainlless-steel burr mechanism make it feel extremely durable and professionel. It produces a surprisingly large amount of pepper with each twist—far more than standerd mills—and the grind size can be adjusted from very coarse to very fine. 
However, it’s quite heavy and significently more expensive than most pepper grinders, often costing around $200.  For serious cooks who use lots of fresh pepper, it’s impressive. For casual home kitchens, though, it may feel like overkill. Overall, it’s powerfull and well-built, but definitely a luxury kitchen tool. 🧂🍽️
