Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to StarMyRaters (the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application (if applicable), and all related services, features, and programs offered through StarMyRaters.

3. User Accounts

4. Rewards & Platinum Medal Recognition

Platinum Medal Program

StarMyRaters values and rewards top-performing users through our Platinum Medal Recognition Program.

• Users who achieve a total of $3,000 earnings within any 30-day period will automatically receive a complimentary Platinum Medal Award.

• The Platinum Medal represents:

  • Outstanding performance and consistent dedication.

  • A mark of distinction and recognition within the StarMyRaters community.

  • Exclusive opportunities, special recognition, and potential access to future premium features or benefits.

StarMyRaters reserves the right to:

• Modify, enhance, or discontinue the Platinum Medal program at any time without prior notice.

• Verify and validate user activity before awarding recognition to prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.

5. User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, comments, feedback, images, or any other type of content on StarMyRaters, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to:

• Use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publish your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.

• Share your content across partner sites, social media, or marketing channels (with credit to you as the author where appropriate).

You represent and warrant that your submitted content does not:

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

• Contain false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive material.

• Violate applicable laws or community guidelines.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using StarMyRaters, you agree not to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws and regulations.

• Interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the Platform.

• Upload malicious software, spam, or harmful code.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination of your account, and legal action where applicable.

• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• StarMyRaters is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• Users access the Platform at their own risk and discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarMyRaters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Platform.

• In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount you have earned on StarMyRaters during the preceding three (3) months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
