Welcome to StarMyRaters (the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application (if applicable), and all related services, features, and programs offered through StarMyRaters.

Platinum Medal Program
StarMyRaters values and rewards top-performing users through our Platinum Medal Recognition Program.
Users who achieve a total of $3,000 earnings within any 30-day period will automatically receive a complimentary Platinum Medal Award.
The Platinum Medal represents:
Outstanding performance and consistent dedication.
A mark of distinction and recognition within the StarMyRaters community.
Exclusive opportunities, special recognition, and potential access to future premium features or benefits.
StarMyRaters reserves the right to:
Modify, enhance, or discontinue the Platinum Medal program at any time without prior notice.
Verify and validate user activity before awarding recognition to prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.
5. User Content
By submitting reviews, ratings, comments, feedback, images, or any other type of content on StarMyRaters, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to:
Use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publish your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
Share your content across partner sites, social media, or marketing channels (with credit to you as the author where appropriate).
You represent and warrant that your submitted content does not:
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Contain false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive material.
Violate applicable laws or community guidelines.
6. Prohibited Conduct

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
StarMyRaters is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.

Users access the Platform at their own risk and discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount you have earned on StarMyRaters during the preceding three (3) months.
